The Haloh Story
Since 1955 "old Mr. Bright" and later the extended Proietto family have been encouraging suppliers and customers alike to want to do business with HALOH, even though they may not recognise this fact in these terms.
In October 2004, HALOH changed hands and Joe and Tony Proietto were fostering HALOH's new owner. Tony was away ill Joe was feeling unwell and had a normal day’s work to see to.
HALOH had a major supplier that had not yet opened an account for the new owner. There were a number of orders on back order waiting for the account to be opened. One retailer who had an order with HALOH for a coffee machine that was part of one of the back orders rang Joe on the Friday morning and informed him that his customer needed the product for the weekend. Joe, after talking with the new owner, contacted the supplier and arranged for the order to be delivered by 2:00pm and we would pay COD. Joe informed our customer and between them it was organised for our customer's customer to pick up and pay for the coffee machine directly from HALOH at 3:00pm.
I think "old Mr. Bright" would be proud.
To this day Haloh continues to offer good, honest and reliable service to an ever increasing number of customers across Australia. The core product ranges of coffee ware, bake ware and kitchen ware remain with new items being introduced regularly.
Italy remains a favourite sourcing origin supplemented by ranges from Germany, Czech Republic and China.
